Pretty awful compared to the other pumps i ve used lansinoh double electric and medela pump in style. As you can imagine 300 hours of pumping with hundreds more hours on the horizon means i definitely know what i want in a breast pump and i wish i d had the ameda finesse from day one. The top speed is not nearly fast enough to stimulate letdown and the suction does not fully empty the breasts. It will work great for working moms and mom who need to pump a lot.
